signer is a Notary. The certificate is expired at the time of the
verification, but we do not know (as this file lacks a timestamping) if
the signature was executed before of after the expiration date. As the
fine print below the main boxes states, the platform can therefore
neither confirm the validity of the document, nor declare it
invalid
