the verification report has four main boxes. We learn that the signature is mathematically consistent, that the certificate has not been revoked but has expired, and that the signer is a Notary. The certificate is expired at the time of the verification, but we do not know (as this file lacks a timestamping) if the signature was executed before of after the expiration date. As the fine print below the main boxes states, the platform can therefore neither confirm the validity of the document, nor  declare it invalid
