Different solutions are in use in Europe in order to identify notarial signatures:
>	...	FCA (Flat Certification Authority): a dedicated CA, created by the national notarial organization, issues certifications to notaries only
>		the Notarial Authority delivers certificates to non-notaries too: the certificate tells if the signer is a notary or not
>		notaries apply for certificates from non-notarial CA, and the certificate tells if the signer is a notary or not
